Become a 10X App Developer: AI-Assited App Development "The Right Way"- Students will learn how to properly harness the power of AI tools to enhance their software development skills, whether they are new to coding or have some experience. Students will learn the basics of app development, then make use of AI tools to accelerate their productivity in developing different types of applications using the Python programming language.
Students will learn How:
- To build functional web apps and/or games with the support of AI tools.
- To properly use AI agents and AI coding platforms and frameworks to enhance their productivity.
- AI can streamline the development process, from app concept design to code generation to debugging, and finally documentation.
- To use AI tools to automate some of the more mundane aspects of app development such as documentation and testing.
Unsing AI tools and frameworks to automate tasks, speed up the coding process, and improve app design, students will learn how to leverage tools for code suggestion/completion, debugging errors in code, UI/UX design suggestions, code documentation, and test automation. Most importantly, students will build apps while avoiding the pitfalls of AI-generated code and maximizing AI as a productivity tool. Upon completion of this course, students will know how AI can assist in various stages of app development, from idea generation to deployment. Get ready to unleash your 10X power!
LUNCH: Students staying for full day or for both morning and afternoon sessions can bring or buy their lunch. All students will eat lunch on Campus in The Commons, a small food court.
